Home > How do I go about canceling my debt review?

To be able to have the debt review flag removed from your credit reports, you must first be declared not over-indebted by a court of law. This applies in all instances, where a debt review notice appears on a consumer’s credit reports, regardless of whether the debt review was subjected to a court order or not.

The Debt Review Cancellation Centre have successfully assisted clients with court applications to be declared not over-indebted. To maintain this track record, we first assess a consumer’s case and only if we are confident that it is likely to succeed, we provide a quotation with a repayment plan of the legal fee to attend to the court application on behalf of the consumer.
